Custom Orders

Let's chat!  I'd love to create a custom piece just for you!  
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders, due before I begin fabrication.  Final payment is due on completion of order.

Sketches, examples and photos of materials will be provided as we design your piece together.  Progress photos, and completion photos will also be provided.  

Due to the handcrafted nature of custom items shown here, please be aware that there may be some variation in size when ordering multiples of the same item. Most gemstones are cut by hand, and unless pairs are matched specifically, no two are exactly alike. I will do my absolute best to accurately represent any variations (it's better for you as the customer and for me if there aren't any surprises!). Please don't hesitate to ask questions.

Please remember, no refunds or exchanges will be offered for custom orders.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact me within 7 days of receipt. All items shall be in the original, unworn, unused condition, in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued only after I receive your items. Shipping (both ways) is at the expense of the customer, and is non-refundable.
